The Eastern League is a powerful faction within the StellarVerse and rivals the Assembly fleet

The Eastern League, isolated in a remote sector of the galaxy, has built a formidable fleet of warships, far from the influence and watchful eye of the Galactic Assembly. Though modest in number, each vessel in the League’s arsenal serves a critical purpose, embodying the League’s philosophy of asymmetric warfare and innovative design. Here’s an overview of some of the Eastern League’s most notable warships:

  • "Harbinger" Class Dreadnought - The pride of the Eastern League fleet, the Harbinger is a rare and imposing flagship, with only a few known to exist. These massive command vessels oversee large armadas, their strategic value so immense that they're seldom exposed to unnecessary risks in combat. The Harbinger is the ultimate symbol of the League’s power.
  • "Shogun" Class Battleship - As the standard super-capital vessel of the League, the Shogun is a rare but powerful presence within the fleet. Unlike the League’s smaller, more adaptable ships, Shogun-class battleships are engineered to absorb heavy fire, making them ideal for leading assaults. Positioned at the vanguard, they draw fire and withstand intense combat while other vessels provide support.
  • "Striker" Class Battlecruiser - Serving as command ships for task forces, Striker-class battlecruisers are the backbone of the League's heavy warship division. With comparatively lighter armor, the Striker compensates with increased firepower and large power reserves, making it highly adaptable for various mission profiles. This modular design allows for a wide range of loadouts, catering to the League’s diverse combat needs.
  • "Yurei" Class Cruiser - The workhorse of the League, the Yurei-class cruiser is a versatile and balanced warship equipped with a powerful reactor. This ship’s flexibility enables multiple configurations and attachments, making it suitable for both fire support within fleets and independent patrols along League borders, where it serves to shield their territories from prying eyes.
  • "Raikou" Class Destroyer - The most widely produced ship in the League’s fleet, the Raikou-class destroyer is built for flexibility and modularity. Typically deployed in pairs, Raikous utilize wolf pack tactics to overwhelm adversaries, relying on coordinated attacks to destabilize enemy formations. This class can be outfitted for a variety of mission types, making it invaluable to the League’s strategic operations.
  • "Tengu" Class Frigate - Tengu-class frigates serve as the League’s primary patrol and policing vessels. Although lightly armed, they boast formidable armor for a frigate and are occasionally assigned to support larger task forces. In major operations, Tengu frigates accompany destroyers and cruisers, bolstering their capabilities with added support.

The Eastern League’s warships reflect its commitment to asymmetric warfare, focusing on an overwhelming amount of firepower and targeted engagements. Primarily armed with heavy ballistic weaponry, League ships are optimized for combat against larger warships but have limited defenses against missiles and strike craft, leaving them vulnerable to swarm tactics.

League captains rarely deploy ships in isolation, instead favoring coordinated, multi-ship formations. Commanders should approach Eastern League forces with extreme caution, and uninvited engagement is strongly discouraged.
